Founded in 2005, DB Squared, LLC, is dedicated to providing a software tool that will increase the productivity of Human Resource staff, improve morale and increase the profitability of the company. The JESAP™ (Job Evaluation and Salary Administration Program) is a program custom-developed by the Johanson Group in 2001 to increase the consulting firm's inhouse productivity. The program is modeled after the firm's proprietary JESAP methodology, which originated in 1985.
Johanson Group has been providing business and management consulting services for private companies and public entities, both in Arkansas and throughout the country, for more than 30 years. Principals/Owners Blair and Bruce Johanson are the sons of Dr. Richard C. Johanson, who founded the firm in 1973.

A Message From The Founders
The story of DB Squared is really the story of Northwest Arkansas. Northwest Arkansas is the home of some of the most successful corporations in America. Wal-Mart, J.B. Hunt, Tyson Foods and Jones Truck Lines were all founded right here in Northwest Arkansas.
Wal-Mart went on to become one of the world's largest and most successful corporations. J.B. Hunt is one of the most successful trucking companies in America. Tyson Foods is one of the most recognized brand names in America.
But the story of these companies is not one of corporate practices but of people with dreams. Sam Walton dreamed of a company where people all over the nation could get everyday low prices. He built an empire based on the simple notion of bringing value to everyday Americans. Harvey and Bernice Jones have the names of every employee who ever worked for them permanently engraved in the walkway of the Jones Center for Families. The Jones Center is a place for community activities—free to all—made possible by the dreams of Harvey and Bernice Jones.

Senior Management Team
 Blair Johanson, Principal
Blair Johanson has over 20 years of business operations experience with a focus on strategic planning, budgeting, hospital and physician management, marketing and human resource management. He is currently President of Johanson Group, a Fayetteville-based business and management consulting firm. Prior to joining Johanson Group, Blair was employed by Pendulum Practice Management Company, Physicians Resource Group, Inc., and Charter Medical Corporation. As a senior vice president, regional operations vice president and hospital administrator, he provided development and operations leadership for numerous physician practices and hospitals. He graduated with a master's degree in business administration and B.S.B.A. degree in personnel administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
 Bruce Johanson, Principal
Bruce Johanson has served in a management capacity in various corporate and non-corporate positions since 1979. Those positions included five years of experience with two major multinational corporations, several years of instructing in various disciplines at the university level and over 17 years as a management consultant to a diverse client group throughout the United States. He has experience in areas of international business with small, medium and large corporations. Bruce joined Johanson Group in 1986 and served as President of the firm from 1988 until 2000; he currently serves as a principal officer and partner in the firm. He received his B.S.B.A. in personnel management in 1978 and his M.B.A. in 1979, both from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
 Dale Oliver, Principal
With over 20 years of experience in the computer and technology industry, Dale Oliver is President and Founder of Applied Computer Technology, Inc., of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a company that provides high-quality consulting and outsourced management services to business and healthcare clients. He was also instrumental in helping Virtual Incubation Corporation during their formative years and remains a stockholder in that company. VIC is a technology business incubator that uses dynamic teams of professionals to assist start-up companies and significantly increase their chances of commercial success and viability. He graduated cum laude with an accredited computer systems engineering degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and has played an instrumental role in a number of technology company startups.
