Who are the clients of DB Squared?
DB Squared formed in 2005 to market the industry-proven software used by Johanson Group, a management consulting firm. While the JESAP methodology dates back to 1985, the firm did not develop the software until 2001. JESAP has provided the vehicle for the performance of hundreds of compensation studies for various clients, ranging from Fortune 1000 companies to private companies with slightly over 50 employees. What is JESAP?
Developed by Johanson Group, JESAP (Job Evaluation and Salary Administration Program) is both a methodology, or process, and a software package to ensure that salaries are equitable, comparable and affordable. Johanson Group owns the proprietary rights to the JESAP methodology. Originally the JESAP methodology and software were for internal use only. Now DB Squared markets the JESAP software to companies throughout the United States.
